Harr & Lemme Office Building

10/18/2018

For this project, the choice of location was simple - but the design needed to accommodate growth of the company and a transition plan for the future.   The site was chosen at 41st Street / SD Hwy 100 on the southeastern edge of Sioux Falls, right next door to Harmoden Park in 2016 and design and construction started in the Fall of 2016. The project was designed  by Architectural Consorteum of Minneapolis, MN. Harr & Lemme wanted a premium location for our operations, and signature finishes to showcase our talents and abilities. The desire was for a building style that would accommodate the potential for change-over to retail use over time, and would allow for growth within the Harr & Lemme family of companies until that time. This location is home to our real estate brokerage team, construction team, and our development services company.

The building type is wood frame with 6,200 square feet in total area finished.  Exterior is a full masonry/EIFS finish with aluminum store front entrances and windows. Interior is Class A office finish with executive conference rooms and executive office finishes. Harr & Lemme completed the site improvments and utility infrastructure to serve the larger Prairie Crossroads development along with this project. Prairie Crossroads Addition, which will include several other retail business tenants in this southeast Sioux Falls location, fit the criteria for transition to retail use for this building in the future.

Harr & Lemme wanted to showcase their talents and abilities in this project, and we are thankful for the many compliments we have recieved from our customers.
