I have been in the building business since 1973, and since that time am proud of my track record as a builder and developer. The satisfaction of my customers has always been held higher than my own drive for perfection. I am always driven by the challenge of learning to do better and build new and different projects.

I spend the majority of my days driving to keep your project on schedule and done right. Its all in the details, and paying special attention to all aspects large and small is what I do best. My priorities are as field supervisor for the finishing portion of our construction projects, and making sure our service program is as on time as our project completions.

I have spent the majority of my career in the building industry in the structural portion of projects. My specialties are in the framing/rough-in aspects of our projects. I realize that a solid foundation to your projects begins with my abilities and will guarantee to never be too careful in securing that trust.

My experience in design and the mechanics of each project is my strength. I began with Dan Lemme at the start of C-Lemme Companies and continue today as manager of daily operations of the business. My main focus is estimating and budgeting of all projects as well as managing the budgets of our most important assets, our customers.

I graduated from Arlington High School. I then continued my education at Southeast Technical Institute where I earned my degree as a Civil Engineer Tech. My job starts in the beginning with an area of land. We take the land and turn it into a development. I have to make sure that things are done right to prevent problems in the future. People want to have the perfect lot whether it is residential or commercial, and we do our best to provide that lot for you.

My most important responsibility is our customers. I have been in the homebuilding trade for over 10 years beginning as a carpenter and continuing today as the sales manager for C-Lemme Companies. In addition, I am also actively involved in the management of Harr-Lemme Development in its daily business. I have over 10 years of Commercial Real Estate experience. I spent the first 6 years in construction and development of the commercial, industrial, multi-family, office properties, and neighborhood developments.
